Genuinely helpful and extremely friendly staff as one would expect. The location is central, right by where there is a nice walking trail, shops and famous lakes. Besides, the hotel is located 1 km away from Banff Park Museum.

Marvellous location for our visit to Cascade of Time Garden not too far away from the hotel. The staff - pleasant and courteous. Exceptionally comfortable beds, fairly quiet rooms.

Really enjoyed our rooms with a view. Everything was perfect. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Banff Park Museum. A park and a lake were right by the hotel.

The location was very convenient, being just off the main street of town and along the beautiful Bow River. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were satisfactory. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with fresh towels and bedsheets.
